By accessing or using the website Cemnt.co (the "Service"), which is owned and operated by Quiet Signal Labs, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Cemnt.co is an AI-powered platform that converts user-uploaded documentation into interactive learning modules, flashcards, and quizzes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content & AI Processing

  • Ownership: You retain all rights to the documents, text, and files ("User Content") you upload to the Service.
  • License: By uploading User Content, you grant Quiet Signal Labs, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and process said content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
  • AI Processing: You acknowledge that the Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence to analyze your content. While we strive for accuracy ("Knowledge that sticks"), you acknowledge that AI-generated outputs should be reviewed for accuracy.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringing on intellectual property rights, or contains malware. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer the underlying AI models or code of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service (excluding User Content), including its code, design, branding (Cemnt), and algorithms, is the exclusive property of Quiet Signal Labs, LLC and its licensors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Quiet Signal Labs, LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the AI-generated educational materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiet Signal Labs, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
